This bear brought us so much comfort, and we feel connected to Gemma in a way we can not describe. We were go grateful to receive this package when we left hospital, our daughter Bambi Hartigan was born at 16 weeks. As others have said in their messages it was comforting having the bear to cuddle at night.
This was our second late miscarriage (Hux Hartigan 16weeks also) and that time we felt we had no support.
We find the Bears of Hope journal useful to write in and it has also helped us process this difficult time.

Then another nurse took photos with our son Ethan and another bear, so we somehow received two bears.
Both bears mean the absolute world to me as they represent so much. Thank you to the families as the gift you gave on behalf of your children helped to provide some comfort during some really dark days.
My husband and I feel for your loss, but they will always be in our thoughts along with our boy.

Comments: My husband James and I lost our first baby boy, Christian James who was born sleeping at 38 weeks on 8/02/2018.
We were given a bear of hope support package and bear in honour of Billie & Harlow Angland.
We were greatful to have the bear to hold onto as we left the hospital without having our son in our arms and we cuddle our bear every night as it gives us some comfort in filling our arms and feeling as though we are holding onto our beautiful baby boy.
To Billie and Harlow’s parents, we are so deeply sorry for the loss of your precious babies and we thank you for your generous donation and support.
Thank you bears of hope for all the support you provide to all the parents of angel babies. At a time of complete loss, heartache, pain and devastation it is comforting to know that we are not alone.

When we received this bear before I had even given birth to my son Brooklyn, I remember thinking how could another family possibly go through this. My heart broke but was also filled with warmth that you were able to donate this bear in our darkest and saddest time in our life. Our teddy now sits next to Brooklyn’s ashes in his bedroom.
