Be guided by professionals and supported by peers.
The aim of a grief support group is multifaceted, focusing on providing emotional, social, and sometimes spiritual support to individuals who have experienced loss. We hope that the experience allows for a space of comfort, understanding, and hope for those navigating the difficult journey of loss through providing practical advice and strategies for managing the various aspects of grief.
Our groups are facilitated by a qualified counsellor, social worker or psychologist and are a free service to grieving parents. Please be aware that other bereaved mums that are in a subsequent pregnancy may attend these meetings. The door is open to stand with others – to make connections, develop friendships and feel supported throughout your grief journey.
Note: grief support groups are intended for adults only and regrettably we cannot accommodate children of any age to attend with parents.
