As a bereaved mother who has experienced the devastating loss of a child, Chantal brings both professional expertise and genuine lived understanding to her work with grieving parents. She recognises that the loss of a child is unlike any other and that grief can be overwhelming, isolating and lifelong. Chantal offers a safe, compassionate and non-judgemental space where parents do not need to explain or justify their pain. Drawing on her personal experience as well as her extensive clinical training and 23 years of practice, she supports parents to navigate the complexities of grief at their own pace, honour their child and find ways to live alongside their loss while gradually rebuilding meaning, connection and hope.

I offer a calm, non-clinical space where parents can gently process grief, trauma and anxiety at their own pace. My approach weaves together evidence-based therapy with holistic practices, supporting healing in a way that feels safe, grounding and human.
