Hi! Im Kiarnni, on the 24th of may I unexpectedly lost my 4th little girl Lucy at 16+1. The thought of walking out of the hospital empty armed and returning to my 3 other earth side babies ( 2,3.& 4 ) was daunting. Until I was given a bag with a beautiful bears of hope bear. who stays inside Lucy’s cabinet near her urn and who my girls sleep with, talk to and bring along to our adventures that Lucy should be joining us on. I wish connecting with another family was in better circumstances but I hope you know how greatful I am and how much receiving your bear meant. Thank you ❤️

Our family is now forever tied to bears of hope due to the medical termination of our little boy at 15 weeks gestation.
We unexpectedly fell pregnant during my 7 year old daughter’s leukaemia diagnosis. We accepted the pregnancy, became excited and were looking forward to an exciting new chapter in April once we returned home in January after finishing my daughter’s intensive treatment. But my daughter had genetic testing done and we had an unexpected finding. A gene mutation PTPN11, better know as Noonan Syndrome. Long story short it can be a spontaneous mutation or inherited and once again unfortunately it was inherited from my partner. That when the testing for baby boy began as it’s 50/50 whether a child inherits or doesn’t. Our bay boy bit and living the worst statistic of Noonan Syndrome (increased risk of cancer) we made the difficult decision to medically terminate. Our hearts are broken but our love will never be for our baby boy.

Today we found out we lost our little baby! This is our second silent miscarriage and it hurts all the same. I am grateful for my beautiful almost 2 year old, and I know our newest angel baby will continue to look after us from above!

Thank you for sending us this sign of hope and love🤍 I recently experienced an ectopic pregnancy and lost my baby at 5 weeks. Though we only had a short time to love our growing baby, they will always hold a place in our heart, and the heart break we have felt is beyond anything experienced. I am beyond grateful for this sign of love and hope and hope we can be blessed with our rainbow baby one day!

Thank you for our beautiful bear that was gifted to us by the hospital in Logan when in 2021 we lost our second son, Ollie.
This has been one of the most important tangible pieces of Ollie we have from when he was born still. I am forever grateful for the generosity and thought that went into creating the Precious Wings boxes for families like mine. It truly made a difference for our healing by creating memories with our son whilst in hospital that we could take home and treasure forever.

We received this bear in memory of our daughter, Makani Peta, who was 32 weeks old when she was born, peacefully sleeping. There was something magical about receiving this gift as our child was born on the 20/09.
