There was a great level of comfort in receiving the bear it was both simultaneously heartbreaking and warming for myself and my partner. What a beautiful way of letting grieving parents know they’re not in it alone.
A million times thanks you. From one angel baby family to another.
I was heartbroken about having to say goodbye to my little boy. Receiving a bears of hope package helped me know I wasn’t alone. Thank you to Aimee Isabelle Merchant’s parents for donating the bear. It gave me something to cuddle to while leaving the hospital without my son.
Sophie’s bear sits with out sons ashes… I find comfort that I hope he has found her and they are together. Our son’s name is Vernon Todd Osborne who was born sleeping at 20+5 on the 2nd October 2020 due to a cord accident. He was our first son how is dearly missed.
Thank you so much to Tom’s parents and Bears of Hope.
We lost our baby boy Henry at 12.5 weeks due to a diagnosis of Anencephaly. Our hearts were absolutely torn to shreds.
I had to have emergency surgery due to bleeding, when I came back to my room, my husband gave me the bear and I cuddled him and cried. It was so bitter sweet to know that someone has gone through what we have and have made the kind gesture of donating this bear to us.
You made a difference in a very difficult time. Thank you.
Sending love to all

We received our bear of hope pack on 18/11/2020, the day we lost our darling baby girl Aayla Saffa. No words can describe our sadness. The five hours she was with us, was the best time ever in our life. We would like David’s parents to know that the bear of hope donated by them in honor of David gave us comfort while we grieve for our loss, we are grateful to receive the bear. We know that we are not alone and have the support of those who have walk through this sad path. (Lokman dan Diana, Hobart)
It’s hard to find the words to describe how thankful we are to have received a Bear of Hope pack when we lost our beautiful baby boy Thomas Ray Swilks at 20 weeks on the 12/11/2020. Our Bear was donated in honour of Charlotte 8/12/2012, we are forever grateful to Charlotte’s family for gifting us with this bear in her memory so that we have something to hold when we remember our sweet little man. I know that Thomas will always be with us in our hearts and our thoughts.
