On 26/06/2024 our gorgeous boy, Austin Jeffrey Pond, was born still. After arriving at hospital and confirming his heart was no longer beating, we were gifted a ‘Sophie’ bear in memory of Josiah Finn. I was taken back by how a gesture so small provided us so much comfort during the biggest tragedy in our lives. This was our introduction to Bears Of Hope and we have been so grateful for all the resources and support we have received from them since.

Our son Fletcher Joel Hughes was born sleeping at 26 weeks on May 2 2024. We received a bear from Bears of Hope donated in memory of Ryder Wayne Jackson born 17/8/2014. Thankyou to Ryder’s family for the beautiful bear, we are thinking of you all and Ryder especially now around the 10 year anniversary of his passing.

Which will sit with all of our Daughters belongs and memories in our lounge room.
We lost our beautiful baby Girl Blair Willow Riley on the 30-05-2024 she was born 6 weeks before her due date her little heart stopped beating and she was born sleeping.

We received Angus’s bear after our second loss which was in the second trimester. This bear has had a special place in our home since the day we received it & has provided us comfort on days that make it hard to comprehend what we have been through.
