We Received a bear from Hawkesbury Hospital
At 37 weeks pregnant with our first child, We received the horrible news that our little boys heart had stopped beating. It was the worst day of our lives, it is something so heart crushing and numbing, that no one should have to go through. We were given a Bears of Hope bag with Lewis's bear, it was comforting knowing we weren't alone in this journey and something we could cuddle.
Our little boy, Tate Oliver Cruse was born 4 days later on the 31st May 2022, he was absolutely perfect in every way.
Thanks to Bears of Hope we were lucky enough to have a cuddle cot available to spend precious time with our boy.
This is an amazing charity that needs more attention and awareness. I am deeply sorry for the loss of sweet Lewis.

Loss a child
To the family of ‘James Felton’ , we are honoured to have received the bear. Our ‘Zorawar’ was still born on 1/06/2022 and we received the bear very next day. We are humbled and it’s comforting to know we have a community of people who cares. My warm regards to the ‘Felton’ family.

Hospital gave us a bag after the loss of our daughter
Ava’s bear was a reminder that we are not alone in the loss of our daughter Abby. Thank you for helping us see there are other people in this world who have been through what we have and can understand. We are right at the beginning of our grief but this has really helped. Thank you to Ava’s parents

Received a keepsake
We recently lost our son Jude Francis Bowman, who was stillborn at 25 weeks. It was and is a devastating time but we were overwhelmed with kindness and are so grateful for the keepsake we received in honour of Imogene-Kate.

From the hospital we gave birth in
Thank you for the beautiful gift of a Sophie Bear. We lost our beautiful daughter Amelia at 17 weeks and it brought tears to my eyes when the midwife told us another bereaving family had donated us a bear to give us hope.
I know that all our little angels are looking down at us with love for our families.

Received a bear at Hospital when our son was stillborn
We received this bear when our little boy Oliver Christopher Hynoski was stillborn on the 02nd April 2022. Our bear is sitting in the cupboard with our sons ashes and other momentos to help us remember him and how much he is still loved everyday. Receiving the bear at the hospital made us feel a little less alone that someone could donate this in honour of their little angel.

At 30 weeks gestation we lost one of our triplets, Louis. The hospital provided us with three bears- one for the memory of our Louis, and two for each of our surviving boys to carry through life with them.
Each of our triplets had a specific bear given to them. The bear donated in honour of Imogen Dewson Dyball (6/10/10) has been dedicated specifically to Louis. It is one of our most cherished possessions.
Sincerest condolances for the loss of your darling Imogen. May she fly high with Louis.
