Thank you to the donors of our bear. We lost our son Harry at 24w after finding out he was incredibly sick with cCMV. Our first son’s name is Jack so receiving a bear in honour of baby Jack was incredibly special at this dark time. Our hearts go out to the family having lost 2 babies.

I sadly was rushed for an emergency C section the night of the 20/03/2024 due to my baby girl Amelia Aubrey Myers being in acute fetal distress. Upon arrival my heart rate was the same as hers, 140bpm. Quickly the midwives lost her heartbeat and I became an emergent surgery candidate. Amelia was born with a heartbeat of 47bpm and sadly was unable to be saved quickly after her birth. I have been inseparable from this bear since her loss and cannot thank you enough for your donation. I also want to say how sorry I am for your loss.

We received it during a very dark time in January 2024, while grieving the loss of our little boy who we we had to let go after he was diagnosed with a fatal neural tube defect that meant he would not survive past birth.
