Thank you for the bear, we lost our beautiful daughter at 20 weeks, so the bear gives me a bit of comfort and by sleeping at night I can think of her.

Thinking of these beautiful babies. Thank you for sharing your story, it made me feel lonely after losing my baby in December 2023. Your bear sits atop a box of memories from our loss, connected through grief and love.

Thankyou for your generous donation to Bears of Hope. My partner Adam and I never expected such resources and support during such a difficult time. We hold onto these resources and gifts with such gratitude and display the bear with Lillyann’s name tag in what would have been our baby boys room. Thank you ❤️

Our beautiful Lucy was 36 weeks old when she came into the world sleeping. Our hearts go out to Roses family for their loss and we thank them so much for their bear donation – it gave us strength in a time of great sadness and comfort in knowing that Lucy and Rose may find one another and smile down on us together.

Received at Wollongong Public Hospital, May 2023
We were given our bear when our baby Santiago was born in May 2023. We immediately thought it was so fitting that it was in honour of baby James, as Santiago is the Spanish name for St. James.
Our bear sits on a shelf where we see him every day, and is such a comfort to us.
Thank you so much, and sending love to you and your baby James.

Sending love and gratitude to the family of Constance for the gift of your bear. We had to say hello and goodbye to our son Leo sadly at 20 weeks.
My 2 year old son has found much joy with the bear and has brought us happiness at this time of darkness. He tells me it is ‘cute’ and it makes me smile. His birthday is the day before Constance’s. We will always think of her and your family on this day.
