We are so very touched to receive a bear in honor of Zoe, at such a heartbreakingly, difficult time. We lost our baby, Little Gem at 20 weeks a few weeks ago. To receive such a personal gift feels like the biggest warm hug and the resources provided really help trying to navigate where to from here.
