Sophie

Sophie bear cuddled my sleeping Sadie Jane while we were in hospital from the 19/05/22 – 21/05/22. She now sits with my girl on her memorial shelf. My entire family is aware of our Sophie bear and we extend to her family we send you nothing but love and hugs. Thank you for making the donation so I could receive this during the hardest days of my life, my daughters and my family. 💕 our baby girls are setting stars on fire
