We are now part of a club I didn’t know existed and one nobody wants to have to join. The bear I received when I lost my first born baby boy yesterday morning at 21 weeks was a small piece of comfort during what was otherwise the worst day of our lives. This experience has already changed me. It’s made me acknowledge just how many parents experience this and how rarely it’s spoken about. The support that each parent who has gone through this shows the next person on this journey is admirable. I want to so sincerely thank the parents of beautiful Poppy Ruth Simpson for being present during our biggest moment of need and support.
