Isabelle Homeh

Thank you to Isabelle’s family for donating a bear of hope which we received when we lost our precious baby girl Harper. There are no words to express the sadness of losing your baby, and leaving the hospital with empty arms, but knowing other families have been in similar situations gave us hope for the future. We will always remember and appreciate the support and we will always remember our beautiful girl, Harper xx
