Dear Gallon Family,

Firstly, we as the Nelson family would like to say how deeply sorry we are for the loss of Holly.

We also want to thank you for the honour of receiving the bag in remembrance of Holly. It has made such a great difference to me, especially the journal, which I use daily.

Your love and care have truly touched us during such a painful time. We will pay this kindness forward in honour of our little baby girl, Isabella.
