Dear Florence’s parents,

Thank you so much for donating this beautiful bear in Florence Amanda’s honour. I recently lost my precious son, Te Awa, and receiving this bear has brought me so much comfort during such a heartbreaking time.

Although I never had the privilege of knowing Florence, her memory is living on through your incredible kindness. Your thoughtful gift has reminded me that even in the deepest grief, there is love and compassion connecting bereaved families.

I will treasure this bear always and keep the bear in our sons memorial cupboard. Thank you for sharing Florence’s legacy with us. Sending you so much love as we both carry our beautiful babies in our hearts forever.
