Our brokenhearts were filled with love when we received this bear n honour for Darci, the day we lost our precious boy, Jakob Daniel Stevens, on 01/02/25 at 29 weeks. Seeing our two other boys smiling as they cuddle their bears brings us healing, knowing Jakob will always be in our thoughts. We are with you all, in grief, anyone who has lost their precious little one.
