Chloe Maree (17/4/21-11/5/21)

To Chloe’s parents, thank you for providing the Bear of Hope in honour little Chloe. I’m so sorry though that you also have been through this journey too 😢
I was induced at 37 weeks due to the size of my baby boy Axel Matthew. There were complications in birth and my baby boy suffered a brain injury he couldn’t recover from. He was born on 9/1/26 and passed away on 13/1/26.
This bear of hope was placed in my arms when I got home from the hospital and I’ve slept with it every single night since. I have 2 other children and they give Chloe bear a cuddle often too
I like to think Axel is in heaven playing with Chloe amongst the stars 🌟 thank you again x
