We received our bear when we gave birth to our second son at 18 weeks due to Edwards Syndrome. It was the hardest part of my life and at first I was devastated when I received our bear because it meant that someone else had experienced the same loss but after we had our son it gave me a great comfort and it feels like he has someone looking out for him. One day we will tell our eldest son about his brother and give the bear to him so he will have his brother and Lucas looking over him. Thanks Northcott family and sorry for your loss.

I feel very sad that we cannot remember the bear that was given in honor of a lost child and have misplaced the tag. Coming out the other side of grief, I kiss our Hope bear and give thanks to the Baby and family that gave us this gift.

Thank you to Aiden’s parents who donated the bear we recieved on 26.01.2018
We named him Lavender as our son was only with us for a short time and we were able to give him his first and only bath with lavender baby wash.

I apologise that is has taken so long to say thanks for such a meaningful gift that has truly given us hope.

We have donated in memory of our beautiful boy Odin Alexander Roche-Muller and hope they never need to be given out but in they event they are I hope they provide comfort and warmth like Lavender did for us.
