Restore & Relate 2025

Grief can throw one’s life into chaos. Finding ways to restore a sense of normalcy and balance can be a crucial part of healing.

Taking place in the Hunter Valley, NSW on the 6th – 8th June 2025.

Restore & Relate is weekend support for bereaved mothers who have experienced pregnancy or infant loss.

Grieving can be physically and emotionally draining. Activities and practices that help restore energy and vitality are important. Restoration might also involve mending the emotional wounds caused by loss, allowing for recovery and the possibility of moving forward. Through sharing experiences with those who have gone through similar losses can provide comfort and reduce feelings of isolation. Relating to others’ grief can deepen empathy and mutual understanding, offering a sense of shared humanity. Relating one’s own story of loss can be therapeutic and help in making sense of the grief process.
