Forest Therapy Walk - 6th May 2023

What is Forest Therapy?

Shinrin-yoku (Japanese Forest bathing) known in Australia as Forest Therapy is a preventative health practice that includes a guided, gentle slow walk in nature, using all of our senses to tune into the world around us.

Join us on Saturday the 6th May 2023 from 10am at the Royal National Park Sydney to take part in our first Forest Therapy walk.

The walk is led by a Certified Forest Therapy Guide.  It is rated as “easy” and is conducted in a gentle and slow manner. We will mainly be walking on trails and/or in open spaces with big trees.  You will need to wear comfortable clothes for walking that are appropriate to the weather, with sturdy closed shoes and bring a hat, sunscreen and water.
